Follow the private path to La Pelosa, one of Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches, and relax on the silky white sand or swim in the crystal-clear, shallow waters. Restaurants and bars are just a short walk away. Beach access tickets for July and August are available directly from the property, allowing you to avoid queues and plan your visit in advance.

With a permanently breathtaking view, this holiday rental house offers tranquillity and relaxation, only two minutes walk away from La Pelosa, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. Restaurants, bars, mini-market, and water sports are all found within easy walking distance. The picturesque and charming town of Stintino is twenty minutes walk away, offering a further variety of dining options, local craft and food shops, together with excursions to the local Island of Asinara, which has National Park status.

The house has 2 terraces: one a spacious sun-trap with BBQ, the other elevated, shady and comfortably furnished, providing the perfect relaxation and dining space for everyone.

Accommodation consists of 1 double, and 1 2/3 single bedroom, lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and alternative outside shower area. Allocated private parking.

The owners of the property are fluent English speaking and are happy to offer suggestions on the best places to eat/relax/shop on your holiday.

Daily or overnight excursions on a private yacht around the spectacular coast of Sardinia can also be arranged through the owners.

This villa is one of the few properties in the area which offer immediate access to the wonders of the coast, whilst remaining a tranquil place to be.

Stintino is a small fishing village on the north-west peninsula of Sardinia. The village has 2 ports of – Portu Mannu and Portu Minori: one mainly for the fishing boats and the other for pleasure craft.

You can book and take boat trips from here to the uninhabited Isola Asinara to the north, which is home to albino donkeys.

It is surrounded by beautiful beaches: La Pelosa to the north and La Saline to the south.

It is famous for it's annual Tuna Festival in June.
