Alfredo was an excellent host. He was available to answer all of our questions and make helpful suggestions. He was extremely generous. The home itself was just as pictured and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Perfect location near the beach. Very quiet and comfortable.

My family and I travel a lot around the world. We have been more than in 60 countries. We rarely come across such friendly, responsive, patient and correct hosts as Alfredo. The speed and quality of support from Alfredo for all our requests (sometimes possibly not smart ones) was beyond any expectations. The villa itself is a 5-minute walk from La Pelosa beach. By the way, to visit the beach from June 1 you need to make a reservation 48 hours in advance (3.5 Euros per adult) or pay from 42 Euros for sun beds for 2 adults. The villa has everything you need and even more. Quiet area, own small terrace, even a barbecue (although we never used it). The beach is great. This is not our first time in Sardinia, on one of our trips we went around the entire island and this is truly one of the best beaches in Sardinia, especially for young children, although there are too many people, but this is a problem for all the good beaches in Europe. Highly recommend this villa and Alfredo as host!

if you're looking for a place where the location is amazing with the beach a 4min walk from your doorstep this is the place. We stayed there with a toddler and found it easy to go back and forth for naps and mealtimes a few times a day. It was also great to have wifi and Netflix to watch when the toddler was asleep. You can walk to local restaurants, it takes about 15 min to 20min depending if you have kids or are adults only. Alfredo was extremely responsive and accountable for any requirements we had so we would highly recommend staying here.Show review

Deine Suche hat hier ein Ende :-) Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig am schönsten Strand Sardiniens. Das Haus ist perfekt für eine Familie ausgestattet und verfügt über eine wunderbare Außenterrasse mit Blick auf das türkisfarbene Meer. Eine zweite Terrasse ist mit einer Außendusche, Sonnenliegen und einem Grill ausgestattet. Unsere Kinder (3 und 6) haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die Schildkröten in der Gartenanlage. Alfredo ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung!

We had a fantastic time in Stintino. Self check-in went well, the house was nicely decorated and clean. The location is absolutely amazing, great view from the large terrace and it’s only a 3-minute walk to the beautiful la Pelosa beach. Alfredo was very helpful and always responded immediately. Thank you for a relaxing holiday:-)

Emplacement parfait pour profiter au maximum de la célèbre plage La Pelosa, accessible à pied rapidement. Déjeuner avec le bruit et la vue sur la mer = le bonheur! La villa est bien agencée et bien équipée avec un très bel extérieur. Un petit bémol sur la propreté mais rien de bloquant. Communication aisée et rapide avec le propriétaire, informations très précises pour l’accès au logement. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille.

Self check in didn’t work out. There was a mistake and we were staying in the wrong house for the first night and the next morning we had to move again all our stuff which made us loose half day or our holidays. Thankfully there was Loredana and Antonieta who helped us moving everything. After that confusion, we loved the house, very peaceful and nice garden, terrace and surroundings. 4 minutes walk to the most beautiful Sandy beach in Sardegna: “La Pelosa” Though if you need to go to the supermarket or different restaurants you need your own car and go to Stintino. We recommend this place !

Peaceful place to rest. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach which has a couple of restaurants and also a short walk to the nearest non-beach restaurant/cafe/grocery. Loredana was friendly and responsive. She sent us some recommendations. We only did the agriturismo which was incredible. We also took the long walk down to Stintino one afternoon. La pelosa is a beautiful paradise. Definitely recommend the stay!
